Before start of this Detoxification Plan, do not consume dairy products or high fat meals at least 2-3 days prior.

Weekend Detox Plan

Drink 250 ml. warm water with 1 Tbsp lemon juice every morning on an empty stomach.

Saturday (1st Day)

Breakfast (Choose one)

  1. Oat flakes with 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed
  2. 250 ml. Green Tea and portion of fresh fruits
  3. 200 ml. Almond Milk and portion of fresh fruits


Shake with One grapefruit, 1/2 Apple, 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds and Flaxseeds

Lunch (Choose one)

  1. 250 grams Grilled hake, potatoes and fresh salad (no bread)
  2. Swiss chard and Potatoes cooked with Olive oil


Grilled Tuna and steamed broccoli and potatoes

Sunday (2nd Day)

Breakfast (Choose one)

  1. Oat flakes with 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed and 1 Cup of Carrot Juice
  2. 250 ml. Green Tea and portion of fresh fruits
  3. 200 ml. Almond Milk and portion of fresh fruits


Shake with One grapefruit, 1 Carrot, 1/2 Apple, 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds and Flaxseeds.

Lunch (Choose one)

  1. Vegetable soup (beans, potato, carrot, onions, celery, pepper),
  2. 200 grams Grilled chicken breasts with steamed broccoli and potatoes


  1. Steamed vegetables with 1 Cup of Carrot Juice
  2. Beet and carrot salad with 1 Cup of Carrot Juice
